Para luego representar a su país en el “Miss Universo 1990”, realizado en Los Ángeles, California, Estados Unidos. Gracias a esta actividad pasó gran tiempo apareciendo y siendo el centro de atención de los medios. Con el paso de los años y tras la realización de algunas actividades mediáticas, dejo de aparecer en los medios. Sin embargo, hoy día conserva la belleza y glamour que la llevaron a representar a su país como en “Miss Universo”.
