Tetje Mierendorf – 1972 geboren
Der Komiker Tetje Mierendorf war lange Zeit für seine mollige Statur bekannt, die ein Markenzeichen seiner humorvollen Auftritte war. Doch seit 2016 hat er eine bemerkenswerte Wandlung durchgemacht und ganze 70 Kilo abgenommen. Diese Verwandlung verdankt er einem konsequenten Cardio-Training und einer bewussteren Ernährung. Der Hauptgrund für seine Gewichtsabnahme war sein Wunsch, gesund und aktiv für seine Kinder zu bleiben.
Mit einem neuen Gewicht von 97 Kilo hat er die besten Voraussetzungen geschaffen, um noch viele Jahre mit seinen Kindern zu spielen. Mierendorf ist heute kaum wiederzuerkennen, doch sein unverwechselbarer Humor bleibt bestehen.
