Der Olympiasieger Matthias Steiner war als Gewichtheber für seine beachtliche Körpermasse bekannt. Um die schweren Gewichte zu stemmen, brachte er es auf ein beeindruckendes Gewicht von 150 Kilo. Doch innerhalb eines Jahres hat Steiner 45 Kilo abgenommen und präsentiert sich heute sportlich und attraktiv.
Sein Erfolg beruht weniger auf einer speziellen Diät, sondern auf einem intensiven Sportprogramm und viel Laufen. Trotz der äußerlichen Veränderung bleibt er derselbe charismatische und disziplinierte Athlet, der 2008 olympisches Gold gewann. Matthias Steiner zeigt, dass man mit Entschlossenheit und harter Arbeit nicht nur sportliche, sondern auch persönliche Ziele erreichen kann.
