Caro Robens erlangte Bekanntheit als Bodybuilderin, doch ihr Weg dorthin war geprägt von der Unterstützung ihres Mannes Andreas Robens. Sie trafen sich 2010, und er inspirierte sie dazu, regelmäßig zu trainieren, wodurch sie ihre Leidenschaft für Bodybuilding entdeckte. Früher war Caro eine hübsche Frau mit blonden Locken, doch das intensive Training und der massive Muskelaufbau haben ihre Spuren hinterlassen.
Um ihre Weiblichkeit zurückzugewinnen, entschied sie sich für mehrere Schönheitsoperationen, zuletzt auch für eine Gesäßkorrektur. Heute ist sie kaum wiederzuerkennen und unterscheidet sich stark von der Frau, die sie vor ihrer Bodybuilding-Karriere war.
