Claudia Effenberg erlangte Bekanntheit durch ihre Beziehung zu Fußballprofi Stefan Effenberg, nachdem sie zuvor mit Thomas Strunz liiert war. In Stefan fand sie anscheinend ihren Lebenspartner. Im Jahr 2018 beschloss sie, gegen ihre überflüssigen Pfunde vorzugehen und nahm 20 Kilogramm ab.

Ihre Diät setzt auf den Verzicht von Käse und Brot, wobei sie oft Mahlzeiten durch Smoothies ersetzt.
