Claudia Effenberg erlangte Bekanntheit durch ihre Beziehung zu Fußballprofi Stefan Effenberg, nachdem sie zuvor mit Thomas Strunz liiert war. In Stefan fand sie anscheinend ihren Lebenspartner. Im Jahr 2018 beschloss sie, gegen ihre überflüssigen Pfunde vorzugehen und nahm 20 Kilogramm ab.
Beim Oktoberfest präsentierte sie stolz ein Dirndl, das zwei Größen kleiner war als im Vorjahr. Auch ihre neue, französische Kurzhaarfrisur kommt bei ihren Fans gut an. Ihre Diät setzt auf den Verzicht von Käse und Brot, wobei sie oft Mahlzeiten durch Smoothies ersetzt. Ihre Fans bewundern nicht nur ihre äußere Verwandlung, sondern auch ihre Entschlossenheit und Disziplin.
