Theo Walcott and Melanie Slade’s love story is another powerful testament of childhood lovers turned superstar couple. Theo Walcott is best known for his lightning pace as a forward, while Melanie Slade is a physiotherapist. Despite coming from different backgrounds, sparks flew when they met in 2004 at a shopping centre in Southampton.
Their 2013 wedding in a castle in Italy was a fairy-tale affair attended by football royalty, and since then, they have welcomed two children. Known for their charitable activities, notably with children’s hospitals, Theo and Melanie have used their fame for good, creating a positive impact off the pitch.
