Liliana Mandiola Mayanes es una vedette que ha marcado un hito en México pues era muy conocida. Las entradas para sus espectáculos se vendían con anticipación. Tiene ascendencia china y eso le da un rasgo exótico que la distinguía. Debutó en un programa de la televisión en los años 70 en Siempre en domingo.
Éste era un programa popular muy visto que la llevó a la fama. Luego comenzó a actuar en películas de cine. Algunas de ellas son Bellas de noche, Cuernos picantes y Viva el chubasco. Hace años que se retiró. Se ha hecho algunos retoques de más en su rostro pero ella sigue manteniendo sus rasgos.
