Su carrera a la fama es gracias a su actuación en Una familia de diez en su personaje de Renata González de López. Y no hay que olvidar su memorable participación en el Show del loco Valdés.
En 1975 se inserta en el mundo del cine con la película Presagio, para continuar haciendo numerosas películas como Amor a la mexicana, Chicoasén, Prisión de mujeres y El sexo me da risa. Su última producción fue Parejas parejas en el 2010.
