Jon Sopel has been reporting from the heart of the action for ages. Before he was the BBC’s go-to guy for all things American, he was making waves reporting from other parts of the world. He’s seen it all, from White House dramas to Hollywood glitz.
Now, he’s swapped the BBC for LBC, bringing his sharp wit and expert analysis to a new audience. Moving from one of the biggest broadcasters to another doesn’t come cheap. It’s rumoured that Jon’s new gig is paying him a pretty penny, with some saying he could be raking in over £300K a year.
