Jack Nicholson – Beverly Hills, Undisclosed Price
Legendary Hollywood actor Jack Nicholson has owned several real estate properties throughout his illustrious career. Nevertheless, the one constant and his current retirement house is located in the serene Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills. The 3,303-square-foot house was built in 1957 and has been under the ownership of Nicholson since 1969.
The star’s house has been an iconic Hollywood location, hosting several Hollywood parties and projects in the ’70s. The enormous property is reported to have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Nicholson has been photographed in the house several times, spending time with his children, learning the piano, and reading screenplays.
