Florence a aussi évoqué durant l’un de ses spectacles qu’elle n’aimait pas les garçons, mais elle a pourtant ouvert son cœur à plusieurs d’entre eux. Cela inclut l’humoriste Jérôme Daran, un directeur artistique du nom de Julien et surtout Xavier Maingon, son compagnon depuis 2011.
