Dans sa vie amoureuse, Frédéric Beigbeder a été marié à Diane de Mac Mahon de 1991 à 1996. Il fréquente ensuite Delphine Valette avant d’épouser Amélie Labrande en 2003. Frédéric finit par quitter Amélie pour se poser avec Lara Micheli, laquelle est son épouse depuis 2014.
