Gilles Lellouche a joué dans près d’une cinquantaine de films tout au long de sa carrière au cinéma. Cela inclut « Les petits mouchoirs » de Guillaume Canet en 2010. Ce film a d’ailleurs permis à Gilles d’être nommé au César du meilleur espoir masculin et du meilleur acteur dans un second rôle.
Gilles Lellouche n’a pas élargi ses horizons au-delà du cinéma pour son mariage, puisqu’il a été marié à l’actrice Mélanie Doutey entre 2002 et 2013. Cette dernière lui a donné une fille nommée Ava. Il a ensuite trouvé l’âme sœur en la personne de Alizée Guinochet, laquelle est son épouse depuis 2015.
