Jamel Debbouze donne le meilleur de lui-même au public dans ses projets professionnels, mais c’est à Melissa Theuriau qu’il accorde toute son attention dans l’intimité de son foyer. Jamel et Melissa sont mariés depuis 2008 et sont parents d’un garçon nommé Léon et d’une fille baptisée Lila.
