Ilona Hallyday n’est plus en quête de l’amour. Elle a déjà trouvé chaussure à son pied en la personne de Kamran Ahmed, lequel a fait sa rencontre durant des vacances d’été alors qu’elle était encore lycéenne. Ilona a annoncé leurs fiançailles sur son compte Instagram le 6 septembre 2021.
