Celine Dion had her most beautiful love story with René Angélil. The flame of their love remained intact from their marriage in 1994 until the loss of René in 2016. Celine’s song “Ashes” describes the difficulty she experienced in rebuilding her life after René’s disappearance.
Celine confided in an interview with Today magazine in March 2021 that she was not yet ready to embark on a new love story. This situation is likely to continue for years to come, knowing that she held this interview 5 years after the loss of her husband.
