Alexandra Lamy a conquis le cœur de nombreux hommes, dont Thomas Jouannet. Ils ont été ensemble dans les années 1990. De leur amour est née Chloé. Leur idylle n’a toutefois pas duré vu qu’ils ont rompu en 2003. Elle a également connu l’amour aux côtés de Jean Dujardin.
