Patrick a néanmoins repris goût à la romance en rencontrant Nathalie, qu’il surnomme tendrement Nana. Ils ont célébré leur mariage en 1998 dans un stade de rugby de Brive-la-Gaillarde en Nouvelle-Aquitaine, laquelle se trouve être la ville de naissance de Patrick Sébastien.
