Michael Youn a ensuite vécu une relation de 2 ans avec Elsa Pataky, une actrice qu’il a rencontrée sur le tournage du film « Iznogoud ». C’est néanmoins avec Isabelle Funaro qu’il finit par trouver l’amour et le bonheur de la paternité à travers la naissance de sa fille Seven et son fils Stellar.
