Gabriel Kane Day-Lewis a vu le jour à New York aux États-Unis le 9 avril 1995 du couple formé par Isabelle Adjani avec Daniel Day-Lewis. Isabelle Adjani est connue au cinéma pour des films tels que « La journée de la jupe », lequel lui a notamment valu de remporter un César en 2009.
Daniel Day-Lewis s’est lui aussi démarqué dans le cinéma en remportant un Oscar du meilleur acteur grâce au rôle de Christy Brown dans « My Left Foot » en 1989. Gabriel préfère néanmoins le métier de mannequin à celui d’acteur, et a posé en couverture du magazine « M » en 2015.
