Scott Eastwood est venu au monde à Monterey, sur la côte centrale de la Californie aux États-Unis le 21 mars 1986. Il est le fils de Clint Eastwood, la star de western telle que « Pour une poignée de dollars » ou « Le bon, la brute et le truand », et Jacelyn Reeves, une hôtesse de l’air à la retraite.
Scott Eastwood a fait le choix de poursuivre le métier d’acteur comme son père. Il a partagé l’affiche avec Brad Pitt et Shia LaBeouf dans un film de David Ayer intitulé « Fury » en 2013. Scott a aussi tenu le rôle principal dans l’adaptation au cinéma du livre « The Longest Ride » en 2015.
