Sean Obispo est venu au monde en octobre 2000 de la romance vécue entre Pascal Obispo et Isabelle Funaro. Pascal a interprété une chanson intitulée « Millésime » sur scène en 2001 pour célébrer la naissance de Sean, avant de le sortir sous forme de single l’année suivante.
Isabelle Funaro a refait sa vie avec Michael Youn en 2008, et cette relation a permis à Sean d’avoir une petite sœur sous le nom de Seven en 2011. La famille recomposée d’Isabelle Funaro et Michaël Youn s’est agrandie à nouveau en juillet 2019 avec la naissance d’un garçon nommé Stellar.
