Thomas Dutronc est né à Paris le 16 juin 1973 du couple formé par Jacques Dutronc et Françoise Hardy. Jacques Dutronc est une légende du rock’n’roll, dans la lignée de Johnny Hallyday. Françoise Hardy est elle aussi connue dans la musique avec des titres comme « Le temps de l’amour ».
Thomas Dutronc ne pouvait que se laisser inspirer par une carrière musicale eu égard aux choix de carrière de ses parents. Il compte plusieurs titres populaires à son répertoire, en incluant « Un homme et une femme » et « C’est si bon », lesquels sont extraits de son album « Frenchy » qui s’est vendu à plus de 100 000 exemplaires en 2020.
