Janet Jackson s’est délestée d’une trentaine de kilos d’après le magazine Closer. En fait, elle voulait retrouver sa silhouette d’avant grossesse. Pour atteindre cet objectif, elle a fait appel à un coach en Angleterre. Cette dernière se nomme Paulette Sybliss. Elle lui a proposé un programme de perte de poids efficace composé d’un régime alimentaire et de quelques exercices physiques. Son coach l’a aussi accompagné avant, pendant et après le programme pour qu’elle puisse accepter l’évolution de son corps. Maintenant, Janet Jackson, la maman de Elissa, pèse 58 kilos pour 1m63.
