Mariana Varela é uma modelo argentina que foi coroada Miss Argentina em 2021. Antes de se tornar Miss Argentina, Mariana já havia participado de outros concursos de beleza, como o Miss Universo Argentina em 2017 e o Miss Mundo Argentina em 2019. Ela também é estudante de engenharia e trabalha como modelo profissional.
Em 2022, ela anunciou seu casamento privado após um romance secreto de dois anos, em San Juan, Porto Rico, com Fabiola Valentín, Miss Porto Rico, com quem competiu no Miss Grand International 2020. As duas lindas modelos foram ao Instagram para anunciar a novidade depois de namorarem em particular por dois anos. O casal se tornou amigo e manteve o contato mesmo depois que o concurso acabou.
