O goleiro Júlio César é ídolo na Itália pois jogou por vários anos no time da Internazionale de Milão onde conquistou importantes títulos. Também é muito querido entre os torcedores rubro-negros do Flamengo, time que o revelou e ganhou alguns títulos. Aposentado do Inter e morando na Itália há muitos anos, Júlio César é casado com Susana Werner desde 2002. Quase 20 anos se passaram desde que Susana Werner decidiu abrir mão da sua bem sucedida carreira na televisão para acompanhar o marido, o ex-goleiro Júlio César, no sonho de ser jogador de futebol.
