Carolina Dieckmann e Tiago Worcman se conheceram na adolescência, mas se reencontraram no Projac, ambos recém-divorciados. Eles se casaram em maio de 2007 e tiveram seu filho, José, apenas alguns meses depois. Sobre seu relacionamento com o diretor, a atriz é só elogio e se mostra apaixonada mesmo após tanto tempo de união.
