IT LOOKED LIKE A CUTE PUPPY BUT…
A LAMENT
After a few seconds you hear again that sound that really seemed like a request for help but Jonathan could not make out anything. Although the forest is not a noisy place, the man could hardly identify where the lament was coming from. It was also possible that the animal was well hidden and therefore the search would have been even more difficult: Jonathan, however, was certainly not the type to be discouraged or give up. He stopped again and after a while he heard the faint moaning of a puppy. But how had he managed to find himself there? What had happened to the little creature?
