JONATHAN’S PERPLESSITY.
The vet told Jonathan that the best way to save this animal would be to leave it where he found it. It was therefore inevitable that Jonathan was wondering what kind of animal he had saved. His first instinct of him, as happens to many when faced with defenseless creatures, had been to rescue him from predators and take him with him to a place where he could be quiet.
