Jonathan immediately activated with the Uber app but unfortunately no one was available to give him a ride even for a fee as it was too out of the way The area was too remote and the drivers themselves would not accept the call in such an isolated place where they could have been in danger themselves. He then tried to call a taxi service but they answered spades, perhaps worried about a presumable robbery to the detriment of the drivers. In short, the official services would not have reached it, so an alternative solution had to be found in some way.
