CALLING THE POLICE
Finding a ride was unlikely since the place was far away. He had also tried to hail a taxi but without success. The place where Jonathan was was rather isolated and not very crowded: even the taxi drivers did not like to go so off course. Fortunately Jonathan had his phone with him which had kept its charge. First he decided to alert the police to report the theft of his car, then he would take care of the puppy. The emergencies were increasing: he must remain calm and manage them one by one. So he types the number and calls the police.
