Ooit was Connie Witteman een fotomodel genaamd Coco die probeerde carrière te maken in Amerika, maar ze was ook een zangeres die onder de naam Vanessa of zelfs Connie Zuiver haar naam wilde vestigen in eigen land. Haar boezem maakte haar dan weer een vriendin van André van Duin en Penthouse wilde haar wel eens in haar volle glorie in hun blad plaatsen. Toen ze haar man leerde kennen, werd ze Connie Breukhoven en de vrouw van Free Record Shop Guru Hans. Ondertussen is ze drie huwelijken verder, tal van cosmetische ingrepen en een aantal mislukte relaties en mag ze met veertig miljoen euro in de hand de toekomst in met haar nieuwe partner Henk de Vries.
