FRANK RIJKAARD (60) – 16 MILJOEN EURO
Dit jaar is voormalig voetbalspeler Frank Rijkaard net zestig geworden. Het was echter al zes jaar geleden dat hij een punt had gezet achter een roemrijke carrière in de voetbalwereld. Ooit was hij een topspeler bij ploegen als Ajax en AC Milan, en toen hij stopte met spelen, boekte hij successen als trainer bij Barcelona en Galatasaray. Hij stond zelfs even aan het roer van Oranje en het elftal van Saoedi-Arabië. Maar in 2016 gaf hij er helemaal de brui aan en stortte zich op de vastgoedmarkt. Een keuze die hem wel beviel en waardoor hij er warmpjes bij zit voor de toekomst met een vermogen van minstens 16 miljoen euro.
