His ambitious attempt to balance and carry weights in a manner reminiscent of professional athletes goes hilariously awry, with his head becoming an unintentional basketball, almost hitting the gym floor. Thankfully, this performance didn’t result in serious injury. Our daring gym enthusiast likely learned a valuable lesson: some feats are best admired from a safe and less acrobatic distance.
