Jason Giambi, 2000

Jason Giambi started his career in Major League Baseball in 1995 when he signed with the Oakland Athletics as well as the New York Yankees, Colorado Rockies, and Cleveland Indians. He was named as the American League’s MVP in 2000, a five-time All-Star, and won the Silver Slugger Award twice.

During his time with the Yankees, he was the leader of the league for years on base, 41 home runs, and 109 walks. In 2021, Giambi resides in Henderson, Nevada, with his wife and three children, where he coaches his youngest’s baseball team.
