Este compañero de Glyndwr le contó que después de hacer el ejército fueron seleccionados para un programa especial en idioma Alemán en donde debían realizar exámenes de memoria. Pero cuando estaban por empezar, inició la segunda guerra mundial y se llenaron de noticias horribles. Ellos dos fueron escogidos para realizar misiones en donde debían hablar con los prisioneros de guerra para obtener información de ellos. Pero eso no fue todo. Cuando la guerra terminó, debieron iniciar una doble vida. Debían casarse y crear otra identidad, distinta a la de ellos para simular ser personas normales, pero al mismo tiempo realizarían misiones de inteligencia.
