Jetzt waren weder Flugzeuge noch Fahrgeschäfte ein Hindernis für Lexi. Sie konnte sich endlich ihren Traum erfüllen und mit ihrem Mann einen vergnügten Tag verbringen. Alles, was sie sich gewünscht und woran sie hart gearbeitet hat, wurde endlich wahr. Diese Erfahrung bringt Lexi und Danny auch näher zusammen. Sie waren sich einig, dass sie sich gegenseitig das Leben gerettet haben. Eine Erkenntnis und letztlich ein gemeinsames Erlebnis, das niemanden gleichgültig lässt.
Da Lexi als Kind mit Übergewicht zu kämpfen hatte, fühlte sie sich endlich zum ersten Mal in ihrem Leben in ihrem eigenen Körper wohl. Endlich konnte sie springen, rennen und tanzen, ohne den Atem zu verlieren. Ihre Lebensveränderung verschaffte ihr eine neue Bewegungsfreiheit, die ihr Leben letztendlich komplett veränderte.
