Motiviert bleiben
Wie wir alle hat auch Lexi Tage, an denen sie unmotiviert ist. Das können wir nur allzu gut nachvollziehen. Wichtig ist aber, am Ball zu bleiben und darüber zu reden, um nicht aufzugeben. Tatsächlich steht Lexi an Tagen, an denen sie sich nicht gut fühlt oft bereits Morgens um 6 Uhr auf, um zu trainieren, bevor sie zur Arbeit geht. Sie weist darauf hin, dass es Gewohnheiten sind, die zu echter Transformation führen.
Also gewöhnte sie sich an, vor der 10-Uhr-Schicht Sport zu treiben. Aber auch beim Essen gibt es jede Menge Kalorienfallen, in die man tappen kann. So kann man viele Gerichte gesund halten, indem man Beilagen oder Saucen weglässt.
