Seit Lexi und Danny zusammengekommen sind, haben sie einen großen Einfluss aufeinander gehabt, ohne es zu merken. Schon bevor sie sich verliebten, war ihr Lebensstil sehr ähnlich und beinhaltete wenig körperliche Aktivität. Denn bei einem Gewicht von über 150kg wird selbst die kleinste Übung zur Qual, und an einfache sportliche Aktivitäten wie Wandern oder Radfahren kann überhaupt nicht gedacht werden.
Am Ende ergriff Lexi die Initiative und vertraute ihrem Partner an, wie unzufrieden sie mit sich und ihrer Situation war. Sie konnte jedoch nicht die Motivation finden, die gewünschten Änderungen vorzunehmen. Am Ende geschah das Unerwartete und Lexis Leben sollte sich für immer ändern.
