Die Ehre, diesen Wagen zu fahren, behält Tyler nun einem anderen Glücklichen vor – bei der Barret Jackson Wohltätigkeitsveranstaltung in Scottsdale, Vereinigte Staaten, wurde der Spyder versteigert. Der neue Besitzer zahlte bis zu 800.000 USD. Und dafür bekam er nicht nur dieses Ur-Stück, sondern ebenfalls eine signierte Gitarre von allen Mitgliedern der Aerosmith Band. Als wäre das nicht genug, hat der Gewinner ebenfalls einen einwöchigen Urlaub in Maui im Taylor Beach House ergattert. Der Gewinn, der durch die Versteigerung erzielt wurde, ging an die Jenny Foundation, eine Wohltätigkeitsorganisation von Steven Taylor, die Opfer von Missbrauch unterstützt. Eine sensationelle Aktion!
