“Villa in der Schlossallee” ist nur ein Lied des deutschen Sängers, aber es hat einen wahren Kern: Fischer ist dank Bocelli international bekannt und besitzt nicht nur eine Villa, sondern mehrere. Die erste befindet sich in Ammersee, das erst 2021 zur Hauptresidenz wird. Davor hatte sie eine andere Villa in Hamburg, in der Hafencity, deren Kosten auf mehr als 9000 Euro pro Quadratmeter geschätzt werden. Ja, für jeden einzelnen. Dann gibt es noch die dritte Villa, die auf Mallorca, mit mindestens 400 Quadratmetern, dem klassischen Swimmingpool (den auch die anderen beiden Villen haben!) und einer Terrasse zum Genießen. Helene Fischer war schon immer eine Träumerin – in den Liedern und anscheinend auch in der Realität.
