For Guido Maria Kretschmer, everything revolves around fashion. When he’s not designing himself, he appears as a judge on various fashion shows, such as “Shopping Queen.” He and his husband, Frank Mutters, lived for 22 years in a Mallorcan villa northeast of Palma de Mallorca. He sold the villa he redesigned, featuring a roof terrace and pool on a 2,360 square meter plot, for 1.69 million euros and initially moved to an Art Nouveau villa in Berlin. Since the star designer increasingly had to travel to Hamburg for many projects, they sold the villa for approximately 3.5 million euros and moved to Hamburg’s upscale Blankenese district with their five greyhounds in 2021.
