A very elegant, clean village with a special charm, Kitzbühel is not only a destination for tourists, but also for second homes. And for someone with a brilliant career that included European and World Championships, luxurious villas were a must. Beckenbauer has two, one in Austria and one in Salzburg. The first cost $7.5 million, but he uses it primarily for vacations. The second is the main building with 687 square meters of living space and 1441 square meters of land in the Parsch district.
