TINA HASSEL – BERLIN

You can love her or not, but Tina Hassel doesn’t care: the journalist with the strong and determined character, who is married to Tillmann Schumacher, has traveled everywhere for her work. But there are two destinations where she has stopped: Washington and Berlin. The ARD editor-in-chief now calls the shots in the studio and lets the wind blow around his nose. Although her work is important to her, not much is known except that she was lucky enough to find an apartment in Berlin straight away. In Washington, she lived in Georgetown, about a ten-minute walk from the White House, close to the studio, in a wooden house. In Berlin, there is another residential area with an international outlook: Zehlendorf.
