Robert Hardy alias Cornelius Fudge
Als Timothy Sydney Robert Hardy 2002 in „Harry Potter und die Kammer des Schreckens“ erstmals in die Rolle des Cornelius Fudge schlüpfte, blickte er bereits auf über 40 Jahre erfolgreiche Schauspielkarriere zurück. Doch gerade dem jüngeren Publikum wurde er wohl erstmals in der Rolle des leicht naiven Zaubereiministers bekannt, der lange die Rückkehr Lord Voldemorts leugnet und somit Ermittlungen gegen seine Anhänger gezielt behindert.
Hardy war bis 2015 als Schauspieler aktiv. 2017 verstarb er im hohen Alter von 91 Jahren. Er hinterlässt ein Andenken aus über einem halben Jahrhundert Filmgeschichte.
