We’re not sure if you’re ready to hear this but, everyone has debt, even the country, and state you live in. The truth is that debt is how most countries and people acquire things and, unless you have a mattress full of money, nothing big you buy will be bought with cash.
There is a saying that goes, “debts are not to be paid, but to be managed.” This is one of the key principles preached by “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” author Robert T. Kiyosaki. He claims that by using debt you can dodge taxes, save money, and acquire assets. These are questionable though and he has been subject to lawsuits.
