Mónica Hoyos nació en Perú. Cuando llegó a España tuvo mucho éxito en el mundo de la moda donde se destacó como modelo y en el mundo del espectáculo también. Su primera aparición en los medios fue como azafata en el programa de televisión El precio justo de Telefé. Cada vez fue ascendiendo más y más y estuvo en distintos proyectos como Mujeres, hombres y viceversa, Desesperado Club Social y Sálvame. No solo fue colaboradora y presentadora, sino que también compitió en varios certámenes televisivos, como Gran Hermano y Supervivientes. Mónica es una mujer que cuida su imagen y su salud llevando adelante un estilo de vida saludable.
