Estamos frente a María Dolores Leonor Montero Abárzuza, una presentadora, periodista y escritora española. Debutó en la televisión en Costa Rica para la cadena Univisión. Es un caso fuera de lo común que su primera experiencia laboral no hubiera sido en su país natal. Le fue muy bien y al volver a España enseguida consiguió trabajo. A lo largo de su carrera en el medio presentó estos programas, El pueblo más divertido, A mi manera y El meridiano. Otra faceta en su vida es la cocina. Varios libros que publicó se llaman Saber cocina. También escribió El corazón de las mujeres no tiene reglas.
