Antes da fama, estudou Direito e trabalhou num circo. Desde 1965, na Globo e com um currículo invejável, Ary só acumula papéis em novelas de sucesso: “Roque Santeiro”, “A Indomada” “Êta Mundo Bom!” mas você pode vê-lo também em atuações bem recentes como a “A Dona do Pedaço”. Em 2018, o artista recebeu o prêmio “Troféu Mário Lago” pelo conjunto de uma carreira extraordinária no teatro, televisão, e cinema. Aos 88 anos de idade e 72 de carreira, tornou-se um fenômeno no Instagram, na qual soma 3 milhões de seguidores, nada, faz exercícios e nem pensa em parar.
